The bottom one begins to be on point for this assignment. You would want to edit the leaves a bit darker though to draw the viewer's attention to the reflection in the stream and the movement of the water beyond. The one above doesn't really engage with water as design and composition. The vignetting above that one is way too obvious and a no-no to be that heavy handed with it... see my post above about over cooking the images. The Band W one is good compositionally.
